Beckman High School Varsity Dance Team Break Records

The varsity dance team of Beckman High School returned from USA National Championships in Anaheim with several new school records. The national-level competition of the season was a sensational finale to the 2022-3 competitive dance season and our seniors' final competition dance performances.

 

The team broke several school records, including being chosen for seven out of seven dances to recompete, four 1st Place National Championships, and the 1st Runner-up Grand Champions.

Head Coach Megan Chavarria said, “All 21 dancers have worked tirelessly through the academic year to prepare for our dance competition season. We’re all delighted with the results of our National Championships, and I’m so proud of their work ethic, dance skills, and sportsmanship. We’re saddened that our seniors will be leaving us for the next chapter of their lives and excited that we have a strong team base to build on for next year.”
